My ROTORX

I signed up fo My ROTORX on their website 11 days ago and am still being blocked "Pending approval". I tried to send an email message but just says "An error has occurred". I tried calling... no answer and the mailbox is full and won't allow a message to be left. Any ideas what's going on? I don;t see anything unusal on ROG. Thanks.
