Unknownst to me the Hints & Tips Forum has been offline for sometime. I just found that the permissions were somehow corrupted. This has now been repaired and all Regular Members, Inner Circle Members, Top Ten, and Premier members should have proper access now.

PLEASE send me a PM or an email when you can't access something that you think you should be able to!!!!
