Cosmetic Changes to ROG

Registered users may notice various cosmetic changes to ROG in the coming days. A few forum titles have changed slightly and have been re-organized under categoriess that better describe what they are. These are only cosmetic tuning to clean up the ROG look and feel. There are no operational or functional changes.
